This week we partnered with Brainport Eindhoven for 3 talks + discussions about innovation, talent & education in our region.

Eindhoven Engine will be brainport’s beacon of innovation. Talent & creativity are our region’s key assets. Disruptive innovation requires talents from across the region and from across organisations to join forces and work together. How can this be stimulated?

The Future Talent Challenge initiative extends an open invitation to anyone interested in sharing ideas and expertise on the future. Whether currently experiencing or anticipating a future talent crunch; actively engaged with talent attraction and retention; or interested in future [tech] talent opportunities. You are invited to join in sharing insights, ideas and creatively challenging future perspectives; twith the aim of positively impacting the future talent horizon of the Netherlands. Give to grow!

Primary educational institutes like Fontys always used to look at industry and adapt new developments from industry. Nowadays, companies also look at educational institutions and learn from the way they work with students. And even more important: they learn from students; students can bring in a change of perspective.

The speakers of this event were Clement Goossens (Tu/e Eindhoven Engine), Ella Hueting (Fontys), and Lorna Goulden (Innovation Challenge).
