InnAut is a technical social organisation that supports people that are on the autism spectrum or have autistic characteristics, have no job and are interested in technology. They offer this trajectory because InnAut believes that everyone can add value to society in their own way. Peter van Putten has over 10 years of experience in the tech world and is co-founder of InnAut.
Peter: “While guiding young drop outs, I found out they were exactly the same as my former colleagues working in the high tech. The difference my old colleagues started at a tech company (like Philips) and on the way they learned how to work, but the drop outs are sitting at home. With InnAut, we want to switch limitations to talent.”
